General/Maintenance Cleaning

Every general cleaning includes the following:

• Ceiling fans and light fixtures dusted

• Window sill’s and blinds dusted

• Picture frames, Knick Knacks, and wall accents dusted

• Furniture dusted and polished

• Outside kitchen appliances cleaned and polished

• Kitchen cabinet spot cleaned

• Stove-tops and counter top wiped clean

• Inside microwave and toaster ovens wiped clean

• Sinks scrubbed and disinfected

• Mirrors cleaned

• Tub/ shower and toilets scrubbed and disinfected

• Bathroom counters and fixtures wiped clean

• Wastebaskets emptied and relined

• Change sheets and make beds

• Baseboards dusted

• Floors Vacuumed and mopped

Deep and Initial Cleaning

Every deep and initial cleaning includes the general cleaning list of items cleaned with detail emphasis and focus on build-up plus the following:

• Ceiling fan blades wiped clean

• Light fixtures wiped clean

• Blinds dusted (wet wipe is an additional cost)

• Molding and woodwork wiped cleaned

• Baseboards scrubbed clean

• Pictures, Knick Knacks wiped cleaned

• Furniture dusted and polished front, sides, and legs

• Top of Refrigerator wiped clean

• All cabinet fronts wiped clean

• All interior doors scrubbed clean

• Shower glass door treated for a spotless clean

• The outside glass of windows and doors without window treatment

Move-In/Out Cleaning

Our move-in/out cleaning consists of a deep cleaning that includes the inside of cabinets, drawers, closets, etc.

Office Cleaning Services

• Clean and sanitize restrooms

• Clean and sanitize kitchens

• Wipe all high touched areas, tables, counters, doors, light switches, etc.

• Empty and replace trash liners

• Dust all main areas and offices

• Vacuum and mop
