  • Platt Services operates within the hours of 8AM-5PM from Monday to Friday.

  • We are closed most major holidays: Mardi Gras, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Black Friday. In addition, we are closed Christmas Eve through New Year’s Day. (We have options for clients who need cleaning during the Christmas break.)

  • We bring all supplies and equipment to complete the job except for a working vacuum cleaner. It's the only thing we can't properly disinfect between homes.

  • If there is any special product you prefer we use, we need a few things to stay compliant with our insurance: approval from the office 24 hours prior to us using it, a signed document to release us from liability and a Safety Data Sheet on the product.

  • Look on our service tab to get a full description of our services at https://plattservicesllc.com/services. However, we hand wash everything from the ceiling fans to baseboards except the following:

    We do not go inside cabinets, drawers or closets.

    We do not hand wash blinds. We will swiffer dust them ONLY. If they require hand washing, there will be an up-charge of $15 per set.

    We do not clean all walls, but if there is an area that is noticeably soiled, we will attempt to wipe it. However, we cannot guarantee the level of cleanliness it will achieve due to our limitations and possible damage.

    NOTE: Glass shower doors are addressed in initial cleans as complimentary. In the future, you can request to address these again for an additional fee of $75-$100. *We recommend squeegee glass after each use and treat glass with Rain-x (3 coats) every three months.

  • Our services do not include laundry. However, we are happy to replace the bed sheets if a second set is provided. Simply place them on the bed, and we will know to make it.

  • We are happy to hand wash your dishes! NOTE: Please keep in mind that we charge the same per hour to clean the tub. Therefore, anything more than ½ sink full, we will use your dishwasher. If you leave without removing the clean dishes, no worries! We will wipe the counter off, put your clean dishes on the counter, and put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher for you. To reduce confusion, we do not "put away" anything.

  • Oven cleaning is complementary for self cleaning mode ovens on initials ONLY. Please use the "self" cleaning mode 24 hours prior to our arrival and contact the office to schedule additional time. If you do not have a self-cleaning mode, there will be a charge of $40.

  • We will clean the inside of the refrigerator and freezer for an additional $75-$100. As a bonus, we will perform a complimentary quick wipe on every cleaning thereafter.

  • We may not have time for clutter that covers more than 60% of the surface. We have assigned a certain amount of time to each home, and we may need to skip those areas to allow us to stay on schedule and focus on areas where a deeper cleaning is needed (e.g., kitchen, bathrooms). Alternatively, you may request that we clean those areas for an additional cost.

  • We ask you to put away fragile or valuable items. Misplacement can happen, and your proactive measures help us maintain a seamless and efficient cleaning service. In addition, to eliminate breakage, we ask to make sure all items are secure to the walls and/or surface.

  • We understand that fur-babies are family, and their safety and comfort are paramount. As fellow animal lovers, we approach every home with care and respect for all occupants. Our goal is to ensure a clean and safe environment for both you and your beloved pets throughout the cleaning process. Therefore, please inform us about your fur-babies before our visit. Include their names, breeds, and any specific behaviors or health considerations. This helps us ensure their safety and well-being during our service. Additionally, pets may need to be secure for the safety of both your pets and our technicians. (We reserve the right to request confine pets to a separate room or area while we clean.) This minimizes disruptions and ensures efficient service.

  • To ensure the best service possible, we may request non-personal photos from our cleaning technicians to document before and after conditions, accidents, or specific areas in connection with your work order. These photos are for the company’s effort to ensure the client’s satisfaction with the cleaning and not intended for public viewing.

  • We are in the service industry, it is expected to tip the service attendant. However, those positions usually come with a lower pay. Platt Services, LLC have chosen to pay our employees a living wage regardless of tips received. We never wanted the burden to fall on our clients. It's a benefit of hiring a company versus an individual cleaner. We are heavily invested in the TOTAL well-being of our employees.

    If you would like to tip, you can give it directly to the cleaning tech. Or, let the office know and we will add it to the amount charged. However, it's always nice to show a little extra appreciation at times when the house is out of its normal order.

  • Pricing and labor hours are determined by an accurate assessment of your home's condition through our Dirt Code. If we identify discrepancies with the description of your home or find that additional cleaning is necessary due to factors such as construction, events, changes within the home, overdue air filters, or unforeseen conditions, we may contact you for approval of the additional time required.

  • A fee of $75 will be applicable for any last-minute cancellations (within 72 hours of the cleaning appointment), and lockouts.This allows us to commit paying a living wage to our employees. This fee covers the loss of wages for our cleaning technicians, travel expenses, and the time allocated for your cleaning on the schedule.Please be aware that rescheduled appointments are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

  • YES! We are proud to be partnering with CLEANING FOR A REASON.
