Sonya’s story…
For a decade, Sonya embraced the role of a devoted stay-at-home mom, raising two wonderful daughters who were close in age. She kept herself busy by wholeheartedly supporting her community in any way she could. In the spring of 2011, her family made the transition from North Louisiana to Lafayette, LA, and from the moment they arrived, they fell in love with the rich culture and delectable cuisine of Acadiana. Lafayette quickly became more than just a place to live; it became home.
It was amidst the heartwarming ambiance of Acadiana that Sonya discovered her true calling - the profound joy of helping others in any capacity. She wholeheartedly served with various charitable organizations in the community, held leadership roles on countless boards, assumed the role of PTO vice president at her children's school, participated actively in initiatives like Girls on the Run, led a group of eager Girl Scouts, and lent her unwavering support to the Lafayette Junior League. But this was only the beginning of her remarkable journey.
Sonya made the courageous decision to exchange her myriad roles and responsibilities for a business venture that symbolizes her deep-seated love and passion for serving others, fueled by her Enneagram 2 heart.
In 2016, when the oilfield experienced a downturn, Sonya's husband faced the loss of his job. In the face of adversity, Sonya channeled her energy into expanding her side job – cleaning the homes of four close friends – to help supplement her family's income. Little did she know that a higher plan was unfolding before her. One day, she would be blessed with the opportunity to provide the primary source of income for her family. While her passion ran deep, she embarked on a journey filled with challenges and lessons to learn the ropes of building and managing a company. Looking back, she is grateful for the trials and the valuable experiences they brought. With the unwavering support of friends and remarkable mentors, she now stands with confidence, at the helm of a company that's driven by heart.
In October 2019, her husband, Scotty, joined her on this remarkable journey. Together, they share a vision to elevate the standards of the cleaning industry within their community. Their primary focus is on helping families lead healthier, cleaner lives by upholding their company's core values at the forefront of everything they do.
