Client Loyalty Program

Our Client Loyalty Program is designed to celebrate your trust, tailored for our recurring, weekly and bi-weekly clients. As you continue to choose Platt Services for your cleaning needs, you'll enjoy special benefits at significant milestones throughout your journey with us.

• 3-Month Milestone ("Sparkling Start"): Receive a gift of our amazing product, "Red Juice," and supplies to keep your home sparkling between cleanings.
• 6-Month Milestone ("Fresh Beginnings"): Enjoy a 50% discount on your regular cleaning service. Just let our office know when you'd like to apply for the discount.
• 9-Month Milestone (“Standard Achiever”): Add an oven cleaning to your scheduled cleaning. (Follow our instructions for the self-cleaning mode to guarantee our services.)
• 1 Year Milestone ("Forever Loyalty”): Schedule a refrigerator cleaning with your choice of regular scheduled cleaning.

Clients with 1 year of service on January 1st will automatically join the Client Loyalty Program, earning 1 point per year of service.

Redeemable Items:

• Gift a three-hour cleaning to a friend: 4 PT
• Gift a three-hour cleaning to a family battling cancer: 2 PT
• Donate $100 to Cleaning for a Reason in your name (we'll match it!): 2 PT
• Trash & Tidy: 2 PT
• Add one hour to your home: 1 PT
• Refrigerator cleaning: 2 PT
• Oven cleaning: 1 PT
• Waive a cancellation fee: 1 PT
• Waive the monthly price on biweekly or weekly skip: 1 PT
• Shower Glass Door Treatment: 2 PT
• Exterior Windows (6 standard windows, screens removed): 2 PT
• Clean-out Closet or Pantry: 1 PT
• Patio Wipe-down: 1 PT
• Upstairs clean (limit to min. usage; 750 sq ft max): 2 PT

Usage Period:

Points can be used once within a 30-day period. You may use multiple points at one time. Points can be utilized from January 1st to November 1st each year. Unfortunately, points do not roll over, so we encourage you to take advantage of them during the assigned year.
